custom itinerary design, planning and management
Custom itineraries require a minimum $750 project initiation fee, which is to be paid at the time of a signed Letter of Engagement.
• Up to 7 nights of travel - $750
• Over 7 nights but under 14 nights of travel - $1125
• Over 14 nights of travel - $1500+
Additional fees may incur depending on the scope and complexity of the request and types of services needed
hotel bookings
Starting from $100 per destination, our hotel only booking and research fee covers our time for detailed research, management, communication and support. We provide three property options per destination.
If you know the property you would like to book, we will make the reservation for no fee
concierge services
We will provide assistance with confirming transfers, spa appointments, tee times and activity reservations. This service is offered to clients as part of a greater full itinerary.
For hotel only bookings, we offer this service at an additional fee of $350. We do not offer concierge services if a hotel has not been booked through Easterling & Miller Travel.
flights
We work with a dedicated AirDesk to provide support with flight booking, changes, and cancellations. Below are the starting prices for airfare fees.
Domestic - $75 per ticket
International - $125 per ticket
Change fees will vary based on circumstances and unique situations .
